INGREDIENTS:
1 packed cup AeroFarms Baby Watercress 1 cup light mayo 2 tbsp dried tarragon 4 tbsp fresh chives 1 cup fresh parsley 1 tbsp champagne vinegar lemon juice from 1 lemon salt and pepperINSTRUCTIONS:
1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend on high until smooth and creamy.2. Use it on your favorite cobb salad or in an egg salad sandwich for a picnic!
3. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
