Tangy Arugula Vinaigrette

This is the vinaigrette recipe you’ll be famous for among the dinner party crew. You don’t have to tell anyone it’s as simple as it is.

½ container AeroFarms Baby Arugula ½ container AeroFarms Micro Arugula ½ cup extra virgin olive oil ⅓ cup white wine vinegar salt and pepper to taste
1. Combine AeroFarms Baby Arugula with white wine vinegar in a food processor or blender until smooth.

2. Whisk mixture with olive oil.

3. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve and enjoy!
