Tangy Arugula Vinaigrette

Our tangy arugula vinaigrette is a zesty and flavorful dressing that is perfect for adding a burst of flavor to any salad. This vinaigrette is made with fresh micro and baby arugula, which have a distinct peppery taste that is both bold and refreshing. Arugula is loaded with vitamins and minerals, including vitamins A and C, iron, and calcium, making it a healthy addition to any salad and the olive oil provides healthy fats.

1 container AeroFarms Micro Arugula ½ cup extra virgin olive oil ⅓ cup white wine vinegar salt and pepper to taste
1. Combine AeroFarms Arugula with white wine vinegar in a food processor or blender until smooth.

2. Whisk mixture with olive oil.

3. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve and enjoy!
