Blueberry Boost Smoothie

Our skin is a direct reflection of what we eat. Healthy fats, lots of liquids, and plenty of antioxidants make this smoothie the perfect prescription for the best skin-day ever.

  • ½ container AeroFarms Baby Kale
  • ½ container AeroFarms Micro Broccoli
  • 2 cup fresh blueberries
  • ½ avocado (sliced)
  • 1 large cucumber (sliced)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
  • sweetener of your choice

1. Mix all ingredients together in a blender until smooth.

2. Mix in chia seeds & let mixture chill in refrigerator for 10 minutes so chia seeds can hydrate.

3. Chill and enjoy!
