Blueberry Boost Smoothie

Our skin is a direct reflection of what we eat. Healthy fats, lots of liquids and plenty of antioxidants make this smoothie the perfect prescription for the best skin-day ever.

INGREDIENTS CHECKLIST
  • 1/2 packet AeroFarms Baby Kale, Arugula or any AeroFarms variety
  • 1/2 AeroFarms Micro Kale, Micro Super Mix or any AeroFarms variety
  • 2 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 avocado, sliced
  • 1 large English cucumber
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
  • Sweetener of your choice
INSTRUCTIONS

1. Mix all ingredients together in a blender until smooth.
2. Mix in chia seeds & let mixture chill in refrigerator for 10 minutes so chia seeds can hydrate.
3. Chill and enjoy!
