Matcha Jolt Green Smoothie

This ain’t your grandma’s green smoothie. Vibrant flavors from pear and ginger match the smooth flavor and good energy boost from matcha green tea. Try it once and we think you’ll make it part of your routine.


  • 1/2 container AeroFarms Baby Arugula
  • 1/2 container AeroFarms Microgreens of Choice
  • 1 large pear, chopped (bartlett or any sweet variety)
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 2 tablespoon ginger, peeled and freshly grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon matcha powder
  • dash himalayan sea salt
  • honey or preferred sweetener to taste

1. Whisk Matcha and warm water until evenly dissolved.
1. Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender. Blend for 30-45 seconds or until smooth.
2. Add honey or preferred sweetener to taste.
3. Serve and enjoy!
