Matcha Jolt Green Smoothie

This ain’t your grandma’s green smoothie. Vibrant flavors from pear and ginger match the smooth flavor and good energy boost from matcha green tea. Try it once and we think you’ll make it part of your routine.

 

INGREDIENTS CHECKLIST
  • ½ container AeroFarms Baby Bok Choy
  • ½ container AeroFarms Micro Kale
  • 1 large pear (chopped)
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 2 tbsp ginger (peeled and freshly grated)
  • ½ tsp matcha powder
  • dash himalayan sea salt
  • honey or preferred sweetener to taste
INSTRUCTIONS

1. Whisk Matcha and warm water until evenly dissolved.

2. Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender. Blend for 30-45 seconds or until smooth.

3. Add honey or preferred sweetener to taste.

4. Serve and enjoy!
