Microgreens can contain considerably higher levels of vitamins and carotenoids—about 5X greater—than their mature plant counterparts, according to the United States Department of Agriculture. Red cabbage microgreens found in this blend have up to 6X more Vitamin C and up to 260X more Beta Carotene than mature red cabbage.

Of the hundreds of Brassicas that we tested, we chose the crunchiest, hardiest varietals of cabbage, kale and bok choy for our Micro Super Mix. Grown in just a few short days, we optimized this blend for tender cotyledons and crunchy stems with lightly sweet, mild flavor profiles and rich, vibrant color profiles.
