Orange + Greens Smoothie

Turmeric is one of those ancient spices that seems to have magical healing properties. But it’s not magic, it’s one of the most powerful antioxidants out there, helping the body repair itself. We like to pack in turmeric anywhere we can and this mango smoothie is a delicious way to energize and revitalize body and mind.

 

INGREDIENTS CHECKLIST
  • ½ container AeroFarms Baby Kale
  • 1 cup ripe frozen mango (cubed)
  • ½ ripe frozen banana (sliced)
  • 1½ cup vanilla almond milk
  • ½ tsp turmeric powder
  • juice of 1 large orange
  • honey or preferred sweetener to taste
INSTRUCTIONS

1. Combine all chilled ingredients in a high-speed blender. Blend for 30-45 seconds or until smooth.

2. Add honey or sweetener to taste.

3. Serve and enjoy!
