When you’re used to the spice in your salsa coming from chilis, the bright, grassy, peppery flavor of watercress is a revelation! Of course, we put chilis in there too. Our watercress salsa is a versatile condiment that pairs well with a variety of dishes, from grilled fish and chicken to tacos and burritos. It can also be used as a dip for chips or vegetables or as a topping for sandwiches and salads.
