Watercress Sandwich

INGREDIENTS:
1 container AeroFarms Baby Watercress 4 slices of multigrain bread 2 oz goat cheese (softened) 1 small cucumber (thinly sliced) 1 small avocado (sliced) salt and pepper
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Lightly toast bread.

2. Spread goat cheese on each slice of bread. Layer sliced cucumber, avocado, and a small handful of AeroFarms Baby Watercress. Sprinkle with a pinch of salt and pepper.

3. Form sandwiches and slice in half.
